Yes.  FREE on-site parking is available.

Is this hotel Metro accessible?
This hotel is not metro accessible. The closest metro is Vienna Metro Station on the Orange Line.  It's about 11 miles from the hotel. 

What time does registration open?
Registration will open at 8:00am.

What is the dress code?
Casual and comfy!

Is childcare provided?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide child care as this event is adults only.

Are meals provided?
Continental breakfast and a morning and afternoon snack is provided. Lunch is on your own unless you have a VIP ticket. The VIP ticket includes lunch.

Will I be able to talk with the speakers?
Some of our speakers will be doing booksignings and may be available to talk with attendees during breaks.  VIP ticket holders will have a meet and greet with Jillian during the luncheon.

Can I record any of the sessions?
No audio or video recording is allowed.

Will CDs or DVDs of the conference be available?
Some sessions will be available for purchase. Order forms will be provided on site.

How can I submit a proposal to speak at this event?
Speakers for this conference are selected 6-12 months from event date.  If you are interested, please submit a proposal that includes your bio, one sheet and a speaking demo.  Proposals can be submitted by email to doreen@doreenrainey.com.
