CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (301) 218-3365 or e-mailed to doreen@doreenrainey.com

Cancellations will be assessed a $20 administrative fee if received by November 30, 2009.

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from December 1 - March 1, 2010.

Cancellations received after March 1, 2010 and no-shows are nonrefundable.
